Jose Miguel “Mike” Tuason Arroyo (born June 27, 1946) is the husband of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the current President of the Philippines and is the current First Gentleman of the Philippines, being the spouse of a female President of the Philippines. His major projects as First Gentleman were the funding of the training of Philippine athletes for the 2005 Southeast Asian Games held in the Philippines.

Benjamin Abalos is a Filipino politician and was a former chairman of the Philippine Commission on Election. He was also a former MMDA Chairman and Mandaluyong City Mayor. He is the father of current Mandaluyong City mayor Benhur Abalos.

A funny thing happened to 2007 Mutya ng Pilipinas Anna Marie Morelos when she went to Malaysia last December to compete in the first Miss Tourism Metropolitan pageant.
The 18-year-old nursing student was surprised to be greeted by a crowd taking photos of her as if she was a celebrity.
Apparently, they had mistaken Morelos for Malaysian superstar Pasha Shandra, who was also arriving on the same day.
