The selection committee of the annual Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) has chosen the eight movies to be included in the forthcoming film festival.
This will be the 34th MMFF event held in Metro Manila before the year ends.

Social Security System (SSS) administrator Corazon dela Paz officially resigned from her post Wednesday after Malacañang announced she is being replaced by acting Commission on Higher Education chairman Romulo Neri.
