SAN FRANCISCO – Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the San Francisco Giants host the San Diego Padres on Tuesday, the club said.
Pacquiao, preparing for his May 2 IBO light-welterweight title fight with Britain’s Ricky Hatton, is being honored on Filipino Heritage Night when 10,000 of his compatriots are expected to attend the Major League Baseball game.
