A rubber farm worker kidnapped early this month in Lamitan City, Basilan province has been released by the Abu Sayyaf, police announced Tuesday. Shell still not keen on holding initial public offering this year

Manila Water to pay higher fees with contract extension approval

Manila Water Co. Inc. (MWCI) will pay higher concession fees to the government once the 15-year extension of its distribution contract is formally endorsed by the Department of Finance (DOF).
