The Filipino people and not Malacañang should honor the late former President Corazon Aquino, her youngest daughter said on Sunday.
“The honor should come from the Filipino people. It shouldn’t be a Malacañang decree," said TV personality Kris Aquino-Yap in an interview aired "24 Oras Special Edition" on Sunday night.
