9,000 watch Star Magic’s Ontario show – report

MANILA – Thousands of people watched the star-studded “Star Magic: The World Concert Tour” in Ontario in California Saturday (US time), “The Buzz” reported.

“The Buzz” host Kris Aquino announced that 9,000 people came to watch the concert held at the Citizens Business Bank Arena.

The crowd was treated to a musical spectacle featuring more than 40 ABS-CBN talents and at least 10 dancers from the United States, according to Aquino.

The stars, The Buzz reported, also paid tribute to the King of Pop Michael Jackson who died of cardiac arrest.

The Kapamilya stars who were part of the show included  Jake Cuenca, Gerald Anderson, Zanjoe Marudo, Xian Lim, Rafael Rossell , Victor Basa, Matt Evans, Jon Avila, Chokoleit, Kitkat, Pokwang, Angelica Panganiban, Shaina Magdayao and Maja Salvador.

Claudine Barretto, Kristine Hermosa, Megan Young, Bea Alonzo, Erich Gonzales, Kim Chiu, Piolo Pascual, Sam Milby and John Lloyd Cruz also performed during the concert.

The magic will again unfold on June 28 (US time) at Cow Palace Arena in San Francisco, California.
