TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. A maintaining balance of P1 is required to enjoy the offer. If P1 is consumed within service validity period, All Text MMS will be temporarily disallowed until such time subscribers tops-up. To reactivate, subscriber may top up any amount.

2. P1 free airtime will also be credited to subscribers account upon purchase of All Text MMS packages.

3. Roaming subscribers are barred from availing All Text MMS.

4. Texts from All Text MMS cannot be sent to roamers. Regular charge of P1.00 will apply for text to roamers.

5. All Text MMS may be availed concurrently with the following SMS packages available in Smart:

a. All Text 20 (load and registration)
b. All Text 40 (load and registration)
c. All Text 50 (load and registration)
d. All Text Unli 25
e. All Text Unli 20
f. Lahatxt 35
g. PasaLoad

6. Only subscribers with active MMS handsets can transact MMS.

7. Applicable MMS content includes photos, tones and audio files not exceeding 100kb.

8. For MMS, receiving party should have at least P1.00 balance to receive MMS content.

9. Other MMS transactions outside scope of All Text MMS will be charged prevailing rate.
