Nicole says she's afraid of Kim Chiu comparison
{mosimage}Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus (PBBTEP) 3nd Placer Nicole Uysiuseng admitted that she's afraid to be compared to young actress Kim Chiu.
In an interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, Uysiuseng said that the comparison also mean high expectations from her as an actress.
"Natatakot din kasi ibig sabihin mataas yung expectations nila sa akin," Nicole said.
Nicole said that she also considered the comparison as a compliment since Chiu is already a big star.
"Pero masaya naman ako na kin-compare nila ako kay Kim Chiu, big star na tapos ako bago lang," explains Nicole.
Nicole who is one of the latest additions in the cast of ABS-CBN's primetime hit television series "My "Girl" also said that she's so happy that Chiu and love team actor Gerald Anderson welcomed her and the other new cast, Robi Domingo and Josef Elizalde also from PBBTEP warmly.
Dubbed as the 'In-Chick of Cebu", Nicole also responded to rumors that fans and suporters of Chiu and Anderson didn't like the idea of adding her character for the series.
"Ipo-prove na lang po namin sa 'My Girl' sila bahala sila kung ayaw nila sa amin pero sila Kim naman okay naman sa amin, masaya sila na nandoon kami tapos sobrang warm welcome po," the newest actress said.
Uysiuseng will now join "My Gir" and will portray the character of Hannah, Lolo Greg's (Ronaldo Valdez) long lost granddaughter and the reason why Jasmine (Chiu) and Julian (Anderson) met. Domingo will be Vincent and Samboy's cousin played by Elizalde. The two will eventually make their own moves to get the girl of their dream Hannah.
