Red Cross rejects $5-million Sayyaf ransom demand

Sen. Richard Gordon said yesterday the International Committee of the Red Cross would reject any demand for ransom for the release of its three volunteers kidnapped by the Abu Sayyaf. Abu Sayyaf wants to talk with DILG, DND chiefs – Sulu gov
