In a report by MB.com.ph (Manila Bulletin), Cotto Manny Pacquiao said that Pacquiao would have to fight as a true welterweight if he wants the 147-pound title.

MANILA – The contract for the Manny Pacquiao-Miguel Cotto match up has finally been signed with the Puerto Rican’s World Boxing Organization belt at stake.
