Yehey! will form joint venture with Havoc to grow its business

Yehey! Corp. will form a joint venture company with Havoc Digital Inc. to engage in media planning and buying for online advertising and other related services including engine marketing "in its continued effort to growth its business," its parent company Vantage Equities, Inc. said.

However, Vantage assistant corporate secretary Alma C. Santiago told the Philippine Stock Exchange the planned joint venture of its 68-percent owned subsidiary Yehey! and Havoc is still "under negotiation."

"Please be advised that no agreement relevant to the planned joint venture has yet been finalized and executed," she said.

A digital marketing company in the Philippines, Havoc Digital specializes in online advertising, user-generated content, and e-commerce. It has run hundreds of digital marketing campaigns since 1999.

Yehey! is engaged in the business of internet online related products relating to database search engine, such as conceptualizing, designing, illustrating, processing and editing
web sites. It is also engaged in pre-production and post-production work on web sites in internet and sell and market said products in the form of advertising of finished products in the domestic or export market.

Formerly known as iVantage Corp., Vantage’s investments consist of shares in entities involved in inward remittance, Information Technology (IT)-based entity; and, financial institution, among others.

Vantage subscribed and paid up additional 250,000,000 shares in 2007, thereby increasing its holdings in Yehey! to 98.85%. However, this was reduced to 68.35% due to issuance of property dividend representing Yehey! stocks by Vantage to its stockholders.
